It's been a long road getting to this point with my debut novel, Sealer's Game, but if publishing a first book is like hiking or climbing a mountain, I think reaching the stage where I feel ready to share the cover is a pretty awesome milestone. We'll compare it to finding a log to have a seat on for a few minutes before standing up, brushing off, and continuing toward the top.
I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted for this cover, and I'll be honest--I really lucked out finding and buying some good quality art. Time will tell if others like it as much as I do. Fingers crossed. :) But I'm stalling on the main event, hm? You didn't come here to listen to me ramble about this. So let's get to the reveal...
